Boulder Beer Company

Pouring:
Hazed & Infused Dry-Hopped Ale: Hazed & Infused is Hazed in its natural unfiltered state, and Infused - dry-hopped with Crystal and Centennial hops - during fermentation for a big, bold, unique taste. Grains: US Medium Carmel Malt, US 2-row Barley and US Roasted Barley Hops: Chinook, Willamette and Cascade Dry Hop: Crystal and Centennial.
Obovoid Empirical Stout: Obovoid: an ovoid with the broad end toward the apex. Empirical: relying on experience or observation. Obovoid Empirical Stout, an oak-aged oatmeal double stout as dark in color as deep space. Grains: Pale Malt Chocolate Malt, Roasted Malt, Oats, 50L Crystal and 80L Crystal. Hops: Nugget, Willamette and Cascade.

Bridgeport

Pouring:
IPA: Smooth, naturally conditioned ale matured in keg or bottle. Deep golden color with an assertive and fragrant hop character.

Deschutes Brewery

Pouring:
Green Lakes Amber Ale: This amber ale is brewed with five types of 100% organic malted barley and balanced with Liberty and Salmon-Safe Sterling hops. Easy to drink. Easy on Mother Earth. Who knew celebrating Mother Earth could taste so good. ABV 5.2% IBUs 45. Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth
Inversion IPA: Inversion IPA consists of layers of soft carmelnotes and generous amounts of our favorite Northwest hops, for a bright, citrus finish.

Dogfish Head

Pouring:
Indian Brown Ale: A cross between a Scotch Ale, an I.P.A. and an American Brown, this beer is well hopped and malty at the same time. IBA is brewed with aromatic barley, caramelized brown sugar then dry-hopped during aging.
Aprihop: Aprihop is brewed with luscious real Apricots and finished with 'Mystery Hop X'. This is a serious I.P.A. with a soft velvety tone of Apricot running through the taste and aroma. A fruit beer for hopheads!

Fox Barrel Cider Company

Pouring:
Hard Apple Cider: This cider is a traditional English Draftstyle cider. It has a clean yet complex taste that stands up to anything at your local pub.
Pear Cider: This delicately balanced, soft and refreshingly light cider is like biting into a ripe pear. 2007 & 2006 gold medal at the California State Fair and 2006 gold medal winner at the GLOWS, the only national cider competition.

Georgetown Brewing Co.

Pouring:
Manny's Pale Ale: A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. It's truly a micro that finishes crisp, clean, and smooth.
Roger's Pilsner: Yakima-grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a German Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

Pouring:
Hale's Mongoose IPA: Dry hopped, complex and delicious with a big malty flavor. A Seattle favorite!
Hale's Kolsch: Kolsch is a traditional beer brewed in Cologne Germany. Althoughan ale, Kolsch is brewed using 90% Pilsner malt, Saaz hop and is lagered, giving the beer a very pilsner-like flavor. Light,crisp and refreshing Hale's Kolsch is a great warm weather beer. Look for 6-packs this summer!

Pouring:
IPA: Homicidally hopped version of the classic style. This beer is huge but retains enough malt to keep things drinkable.
Lucky 13: We liked our 13th Anniversary ale so much, we brewed it again. A mondo red ale, big on hops and rich dark malts.

Lang Creek Brewery

Mandarin Orange Hefeweizen: A unique twist on the traditional American hefeweizen. The citrus notes found naturally in wheat beers marry well with the mandarine orange flavors creating a refreshing ale we can drink anytime.

Lazy Boy Amber: A Northwest favorite. Subltle sweetness from a variety of crystal malts combined with English hops makes this a smooth drinking beer.
Lazy Boy Porter: Don't be afraid of the dark. A great lasting mouth feel with hints of chocolate make this a satisfying experience.

Pouring:
Great White: An American version of the Belgian style, this unfiltered beer has a translucent golden color with white clouds. It has a full-bodied mouth feel, yet is surprisingly light to drink. Great White is topped with a hint of citrus provided by coriander and a secret blend of herbs.
Scotch Ale: Our Scotch Ale is brewed in the tradition of Scottish strong ales (also known as wee heavies). It is a big malty beer with lowhop bitterness and very low hop flavor. A very drinkable beer for it’s strength.

Mac and Jacks

Pouring:
African Amber: Unfiltered and Dry hopped with perfect balance. A floral, hoppy flavor is followed by a well rounded malty milddle & light, organic finish.
Serengeti Wheat: Crisp, refreshing wheat beer. Unfiltered for a cloudy appearance and brewed with plenty of hops yeilding a wonderful citrus finish.

New Belgium Brewing CO

Pouring:
Mighty Arrow: New Belgium Brewing's NW only draft pale ale, 35 ibu's of wonderful Amerillo and Cascade hops balanced with a high drinkability and clarity.
1554 Enlightened Black Ale: Warm fermented with a lager yeast, and loaded with chocolate malt this truly is an enlightened black beer.

Peroni – Leinenkugel

Pouring:
Peroni Lager: Established in Northern Italy in 946 Peroni isa refreshing premium with an intese crisp character, strong but not heavy.
Sunset Wheat: This hazy golden beer is spicy, zesty and refreshingy crisp. The 5th generation Leinenkugel Family has been making beer since 1867.

Redhook Brewery

Long Hammer IPA: Long Hammer embraces the IPA tradition of a strong hop profile while remaining approachable and easy to drink with its smooth flavor and clean finish. This brew is aggressively hopped (dry hopped) and is the #1 selling packaged IPA in the country.

Reunion-A Beer for Hope

Reunion Organic Red Rye Ale: Reunion Organic Red Rye Ale is a unique collaboration among friends and former colleagues to raise money for the Institue for Myeloma & Bone Cancer Research(www.imbcr.org). The beer is a malt-forward, medium-bodied reddish-amber ale that has unique spicy notes from the rye and caraway seeds. Designed as a "liquid rye bread". Monies from all tokens used for samples of this beer will go directy to the Institute for Myeloma & Bone Cancer Research.

Roslyn Brewing Company

Pouring:
Roslyn: Roslyn Beer is our original brew. It is a mild dark lager with a distinct character, and closely resembles the lager handcrafted by the German brewmeisters at the original Roslyn Brewery one hundred years ago. We use our own recipe of Roslyn water, fresh from the Cascade Mountains, four types of malted barley and three hop varieties to produce this smooth lager.
Brookside: Brookside Beer is a pale lager beer made without the darker malts that we use in Roslyn Beer. It is hopped primarily with Yakima Hallertau hops, and may remind you of a beer you might find at a small gasthaus in Germany. It is especially popular with people who like full-bodied, lighter beers with mild hopping, and is named for the Brookside neighborhood of Roslyn.

Broken Halo: Broken Halo IPA is a beer produced in the spirit of traditional IPA products shipped from the UK to India in the late 1800s. The almost excessive amounts of Cascade and Columbus hops used in Broken Halo give it notable citrus and grapefruit aromas and flavors. The beer bitterness measures high but tastes smooth due to the full-bodied, Caramel malt sweetness. The finish is juicy, clean, and short lived. A devilishly bold, heavenly smooth India Pale Ale.
